About Patterson Personnel

Our focus is recruiting candidates for solid companies ranging from small privately held companies to Fortune 100 companies. Most of these opportunities are in the Midwest and cover a wide range of positions including Technical, Management, Administrative, Marketing & Sales. Client companies include both manufacturing and service firms.

All recruiting is on an EMPLOYER FEE PAID basis.  There is no charge to candidates. While the majority of our search assignments are in the technical and production management fields, there are also openings in administrative positions – sales & marketing and others.  

We also have access to various networks and nationwide job openings. It is our policy to work closely with candidates to assure complete confidentiality of the job search.  With your permission, we will share your resume with other recruiters to broaden opportunities. Your name and/or resume is not shared with any employer or recruiter without your expressed approval.

Job opportunities change frequently and some opportunities may not be posted on the website. We welcome resumes from candidates with degrees and also those with no degree but specialized skills and experience. While most of our job opportunities require related experience, we do have sometimes have openings for recent grads.

We require a resume, and before your qualifications are presented to an employer we will check references and confirm degrees where applicable. Our customers depend on us for thorough screening of candidates.
