Associates degree a real plus - but not req'd. Some technical training is required, and proficiency with product design. Prefer SolidWorks, but will accept AutoCad and trainon Solid Works.
This is not a sit at the desk job --- it is design, working out on the floor with the production people, testing - follow a project from concept to production. Some customer contact, so need good communication skills.
Good opportunity for someone who likes to be involved with the overall design team work --- not confined to a desk.
