Position Description/Qualifications:
BS Engineering, minimum 7 years experience in food processing industry. (would consider chemical or Pharm. industry experience also). Project Management experience required, will manage plant maintenance organization, plant engineering processes, create and manage all technical expense budgets. Must have good leadership skills, proven ability to control/cut costs, excellent organizational skills.
