Position Description/Qualifications:
BSME or other engineering degree. Need excellent leadership skills. Company is very team oriented and looking for a manager who thrives in that atmosphere.Will supervise engineering and some quality personnel. Leadership skills and good ethical background very important. Looking for an individual who wants to grow with a company - who is commitment minded, good character, good ethics. Individual must be able to motivate & direct subordinates, to interact well with other staff members, respect and relate well to hourly workers.
