Position Description/Qualifications:
Engineering or Metallurgical degree - minimum 5 years experience in quality function for manufacturing company. Must have good working knowledge of TQM, SIX SIGMA, ISO Quality Systems. Will supervise small staff - require good communication skills for dealing with in house personnel/staff on quality matters and working with customers on quality issues. Responsibilities include maintaining all quality standards and processes, oversee corrective action and scrap reduction programs, implementing continuous improvement processes. Limited travel involved .
