Job No. 3490 Quality Manager
Type of Position: Full Time
Salary Range: $60's-90's range plus benefit package
Location: NE Ohio
Position Description/Qualifications:
BS degree preferred, will consider less than a 4 year degree in Food Science, or Food Technology or related area . Plan and oversee quality control program and assure compliance with all related regulations. SOP'S, FSIS guidelines , SSOP'S, . Implement inspection criteria, train personnel , assures that sanitation standards are met, oversee small staff in meeting objectives. Must have experience in the food industry -- experience in the meat processing would be helpful but not required.
