Position Description/Qualifications:
Cheese making facility seeking individual to implement continuing process improvements - work with production personnel on processes to improve yields and overall quality, work with Q. A. on quality issues, work with customers on new product profiles/development. Strongly prefer degree but experience is the key. Must have experience with cheese/milk/other dairy products. Good communication skills are extremely important as well as good analytical skills.
