Job No. 3508 R&D Specialist
Type of Position: Full Time
Salary Range: $75-100K range plus complete benefits

Position Description/Qualifications:
R & D Specialties to work with all departments on improving the processes, production and quality of various cheeses and to develop new products. Must have Masters in Food Science - PhD would be a plus - and experience with cheese products. Strongly prefer experience with Colby, Swiss and Process cheeses. Need a good team player - an individual who wants to be an integral part of a company's growth and profitability, with good communication skills for dealing with plant personnel and management staff as well as customers. Must be fluent in English speaking/reading/writing skills. Looking for individual who is innovative, but also very well organized with a practical approach to manufacturing and good business skills.
